Summary: We had a wonderful time at Keys of Marsh! Close to everything, walked to the pool every day and Jungle Jim’s next door! 5 mins drive to the beach and restaurants. We will be back!

Summary: What a wonderful place for our 2 families with children to stay! Superbly clean. Property came with linens, toiletries, & cleaning supplies. Lovely screened in patio. Location convenient to outlet shopping, grocery stores, & Rehoboth Beach. We loved being near the Park&Ride to bus to the boardwalk instead of fighting for parking. Quiet at night for this light sleeper (I still brought a sound machine). You can hear water park during the day, mainly when you're outside. Minor cosmetic blemishes. Kitchen exhaust fan just circulated air, so we opened windows when we cooked. Owner was highly responsive. Definitely would stay here again!

Summary: A perfect house for our family (we had 10 ppl at one point). It was clean and in a cute neighborhood. Plenty of room, the community pool was wonderful too and close to all the outlets and beaches! We would definitely come back.

Summary: Location of the house was close to downtown Rehoboth, restaurants and shops. It is located in a development with a short walk to community pool and tennis. Property was spacious, however not so clean. The cupboards and drawers had crumbs in them and looked dirty. There were no cushions on the outside furniture on the porch. We found various items throughout the house left by previous people that had stayed which showed cleaning wasn’t thorough , a bracelet, a Christmas tag, a mint, clothing tag. The twin mattress pad had a large noticeable yellow stain, dust between the railing/banisters and under beds/behind things. Everyday use items were sparse. Supplies like laundry detergent, paper towels, garbage bags were not enough for 8 people for 4 days. 3 laundry pods, 3 garbage bags. No baggies, foil, Saran Wrap. The dish soap was left with maybe 5 squirts and all the hand soaps were clearly watered down. We have stayed in many vacation houses before and this was the least clean, supplied and welcoming. If you have low expectations, you won’t mind this house, but comparable to other vacation homes, this was just ok.

Summary: So many good things about this property. Spotless when we arrived, seamless check in, tons of room, located very close to beach, outlets and there is a pool for the development only a very short walk away. Everything was in working order and made our stay super convenient and fun! Some things to be aware of that we wish we would have known earlier. There is no outdoor shower on the property, we ended up stopping by the pool which does have an outdoor shower after the beach and jumping in for a quick swim. You won’t regret it, but good to know in advance. Also, the listing said there were two towels per room, but we were two short. We looked all around and couldn’t find them so might want to bring some extra if bringing the full 10 people. Lastly, since it is so close to the beach and most of the people staying are likely spending time at the beach and pool, having some hanging options for clothes like a line or rack would have made our stay even more convenient. Overall, a great property that is in an awesome location and we definitely would love to come back next summer!

Summary: Loved the property! Has everything a family wants on a family vacation! Location is perfect- close to beach, outlets and restaurants. On-site pool and tennis court offered the perfect activity after a day at the beach. So many bedrooms and bathrooms! Hope to go back!
