Summary
This property is a newly furnished and restored century home located in a great area of Niagara Falls Canada! This home is located steps from the Niagara River and is about a 20 minute scenic walk to the Fallsview area and is a 25 minute drive along the river to Niagara in the Lake.
The Space
This is a property I am very proud to offer guests. It is a unique and comfortable place to stay and is located close to several pubs and restaurants. It offers 2 bedrooms with queen sized beds and the living room offers a futon style couch as well as a double sized foldout couch making it capable of accommodating seven guests.
Interaction with guests
I will always contact guest the day before checkin , when guests arrive I will be there to give the keys and a quick tour of the property. I am always happy to answer questions about the area. Throughout all reservations I am always available by phone or through the app to address any questions or concerns.
Getting around
There are several options for getting around some of the most popular are walking biking and the wego shuttle service. Niagara Falls also has licenced Uber drivers available to guests.

Summary: This house was a good choice for our group of 3 adult. The parking was good. Everything in the house was comfortable, clean, and well supplied. The location just off the river was very handy and we easily walked around but bus stop was nearby if we decided to ride. Brian was very helpful with check in and I felt confident he’d be responsive if we had any further needs.

Summary: We liked our stay. It was about 20 minutes walk from the falls. Had air conditioning. The mattresses were a little hard.

Summary: Brian was extremely helpful during the entire stay. He was available to answer questions and even suggested the adventure pass with the wego which was a lifesaver. The house was perfect for 4 of us. Additionally it is located minutes from the wego stop. I'd definitely stay here again.

Summary: We enjoyed our stay. The home was very clean and comfortable. Brian met us when we arrived and gave us all the information about the home and the area. The communication was very good throughout the whole process. Very close to all the attractions. I would recommend this property. Would stay again.

Summary: My wife and I really enjoyed our visit to Canada and this property was all it was advertised to be. Clean and close to everything. Easy communications and real pleasure to stay in this great house. Would definitely stay there again. Moody's bakery is amazing. Easy to walk to the falls. Decent restaurants nearby.

Summary: This was my first time in Niagara so I’m very pleased to have found a great price and location to stay. We were a short drive from everywhere we wanted to go and also able to walk a lot of places. Brian greeted us at check in and gave some suggestions which I really appreciated. The house itself may need a little work, but nothing that impacted our stay. Great place for the price, I would definitely stay again!

Summary: Quiet, right by the river road but easy to get to downtown and with bus stops to the falls 1/2 block away. Brian is great, friendly and respectful. This is my second time renting from him, and I'll do it again! If you're bringing more people, be aware that there is an additional charge per person that Vrbo doesn't include in the quote or daily rate. (It will show up in your subtotal before you confirm.) Love the original bannister, the portable AC units are very effective in summer, and the electric "fireplace" was nice in winter.
