Amenities include master bedroom with bath, 2nd full bath, laundry, full kitchen, microwave, coffee maker, SMART TV's in living room, master bedroom, and bedroom 2, full WIFI access, two gas grills, central air conditioning. ALL 3 BEDROOMS HAVE UPDATED BEDDING, MATTRESSES AND FURNITURE. We do not provide sheets and linens but there are services in the area that will provide them for a small fee. Summary: We have stayed at Dave’s property several times for the days around Christmas. Everything is always perfect. The house is well appointed & stocked with anything you will need. The location is great, a 10 minute walk to Washington Street mall & about the same to the beach. Communications are always easy & prompt. Hopefully we will be back in 2025!
