This is a GREAT house in a wonderful location! Clean and well cared for, it has 3 bedrooms (1 with king sized bed (bed, mattress, and box spring all purchased 2 years ago) and 2 other bedrooms each with a queen sized bed) and 2 remodeled full baths! Living room, sun room with pull out sofa that sleeps 2, and kitchen are all comfy and the perfect place to relax & unwind in.
400 feet from Beach 9! Within walking distance to other fantastic beaches such as Beaches 8, 7, 6, and 10. Spend time at the beach and then relax at home on either the front or back deck in any number of patio furniture options.
House has all the comforts of home such as a coffee maker, dishwasher, stove, washer, dryer, microwave, 4 slice toaster, electric hot water kettle, many ceiling fans, board games, DVD player, some movies, and streaming devices.

Summary: Overall great experience Well stocked home, clean, Lots of board games to pass the time on rainy days. Community pool but it was very far to walk there . the beach was close walking distance.

Summary: My husband and I had an enjoyable week at this property. Great location with a nice view of the marina channel out to the lake. Beautiful #9 beach right nearby. Great master bedroom and bathroom.

Summary: The property location was walking distance to beach 8 & 9 and had a beautiful view of Quail marina. The home had everything we needed plus more! Great layout for our two families and we really enjoyed the front and back porches. Looking forward to visiting Frye Island again!

Summary: Frye Island is perfect for disconnecting and reconnecting with nature, family and friends. This house was better than described. Two great outdoor areas (front and back) to eat meals and lounge. Beautiful view. Wonderful master bathroom. A total of four ceiling fans and plenty of stationary fans (if need be). Stocked well with linens, bathroom towels and beach towels. Plenty of beach chairs and some beach toys. Outdoor gas grill. Smart TV with ability to sign into your own streaming devices. Comfortable beds and pillows. Owners were very easy to communicate with. I only had to reach out to them once to ask how to turn on a ceiling fan. They replied within minutes. I would rent this house again in a heartbeat.

Summary: Beautiful home and great owners! The view of the Marina and Sebago Lake was a huge plus. Home was big enough for 7 of us and master bedroom was gorgeous. Highly recommend this property.

Summary: We enjoyed a great week of biking, swimming, kayaking, watching sunsets, grilling and enjoying the ice cream on Frye Island. The house was great, with a wonderful master bedroom that I want to replicate in our home. Wish we didn't have to leave so soon.

Summary: We had a great week on Frye Island at the cottage...only a few hundred feet from Beach 9 (felt like a private beach). The cottage was clean, modern and had all the small and big things you would need. We will look to stay again next year if they're renting again next summer - Thank You - J&S

Summary: We had a wonderful experience renting this property on Frye Island. The owner was fantastic and responded quickly to any questions we had. The camp was very roomy and the furniture and beds were very comfortable. Great location, close to beach nine and the marina. We would definitely rent this property in the future.
