2 Bedroom Condo in Downtown, Key West

Hello, I am Francine -- new owner who recently listed the condo on VRBO. This is why I do not have yet any rating and if you are anything like me -- you are looking for best rating. However, if you trust me and are looking for a relaxing and attractive place while still being in the middle of the action, this place does exist at the Shipyard Condominiums.
It's located in the prestigious gated community of Truman Annex in Key West’s old town area which is 2 blocks from Duval Street, close to the beach and all the Old Town Key West attractions and great restaurants. You can walk to the grocery store (Fausto's), have drinks at the Green Parrot (2 blocks away) and enjoy Fort Zachary Taylor State Park which is around the corner.
I just renovated this 2 bedrooms /1 bath condo which is outfitted with washer/dryer, all new appliances in the kitchen, pots/pans, towels, linens, have central air conditioning, pool access and assigned parking inside the gated community.
This end unit condo is on the ground floor and has big, beautiful French doors in the living room and master bedroom. They open onto the private back deck with has outdoor patio furniture. You also have a fully equipped modern kitchen, renovated bathroom, and flat screen TV’s in the living room and wireless internet access. The master bedroom has a king size bed and the guest bedroom has a queen size bed and each bedroom has flat screen TVs.
After a full day of taking in the island’s many wonderful experiences, come back to the comfort of this home. The manicured landscaping, verdant palms, and white picket fences give the Shipyard and Truman Annex a lovely park atmosphere. All this tranquility makes it hard to imagine that Duval Street, Key West’s central artery of entertainment is only two blocks away.

Summary: Wonderful last minute Christmas visit to Key West. This location is perfect and was an easy walk to everything. The only complaint that I had was minor. The floor and living room rug could use some cleaning, but this is common for rentals. Everything else was obviously new. We would return here for another visit.

Summary: This unit was very clean and walkable to about anything you would want to do. It has a well maintained outdoor space for meals or relaxing. The owner is easy to reach and responds quickly to any questions that may arise.

Summary: We Loved our stay! Beautiful place and nicely decorated. Keypad entry is super nice. Location is perfect and within walking distance to everything. We had all the supplies we needed for a great visit. Nice and quiet location in complex. We loved the patio and being able to cook our own food. Our only complaint wood be tiny ants in kitchen (I'm sure this is a common problem in warmer climates then where we live).

Summary: This condo was lovely, extremely well-stocked, clean, and welcoming. The temps in Key West were high during our visit, but the powerful ceiling fans in every room kept the place very cool. Our daughters enjoyed the variety of games available on a rainy day. The beds are beyond comfortable and plenty of towels to go around. The location was perfect. Close enough to Duval for quick walk to dinner and shopping, but far enough for quiet nights on the back patio.

Summary: Nice clean condo. Took us over a half an hour to find it because it was not labeled correctly. There was not an address on it, or some tote it off the door. Tried calling the property manager several times and never answered the whole time we were there. Left a message and never returned our call Nice amenities.

Summary: The house was everything we could have asked for. Close to everything we wanted , restaurants, shops , entertainment, Duval Street . But it’s far away enough to have quiet evenings on the deck . Definitely going to go back !
