Positive: I liked the layout and decor.
Negative: There was no manual that would have been great to have on hand on how to operate the lock, the doors, the grill, the tv, the LEDs, the steam shower .I had communicated that I would be arriving late (around 10pm) there were no lights ,inside or out left on and the ac was set at 81, would have been great if it had even been at 75 so it didn’t take 2 hours (nearly midnight) for it to cool down enough for my 10 year old to sleep. Also, helpful to have a list of restaurants and what kind of food they have, and since many come to the area for the beaches, would be helpful to list names and ability to park or not , how much for parking and certain beaches you have to go online and reserve and pay ahead . Also, we cooked a large meal. There weren’t serving spoons, a colander (we bought and left) , and other basic kitchen stuff. The kitchen is huge with many empty cabinets would be helpful to put essentials all together in one area as it was hard to know and find what was there. Also we had a 10 year old, so plastic drinking cups and silverware that was smaller/lighter wasn’t kid friendly. Also, a print out of the house layout map, I found it the next day on the app, we couldn’t find the third bathroom for a bit. Overall, the price and home are at a level that you expect exceptional service . It was a bit frustrating to come in and the temp be 81, and I began fiddling with all the dials in the bedrooms because it was so hot it was hard to tell if the ac was even working.
Summary: Beautiful home that had hiccups that were easy to overlook with the beauty.
