Summary: Beautiful and quiet neighborhood but it is a HOA. The house was fairly clean, but the carpet was very stained and there was a weird smell. It didn't seem like the sheets were washed (you could see the imprint of the last sleeper), so I spent the first couple of hours washing bedding, which wasn't fun. It was a little weird, because it seemed like the family was just there a few minutes ago. I believe the owners are travelers and have a maid service come in between renters. The maid seemed to forget the sheets and vacuuming. I did them both. Sitting on the back porch with coffee in the morning, we noticed the security camera was on. It was fine, but some might find it a little invasive. The house was set up well, and had what we needed, so in the end it was okay.

Summary: Everything was good. Love the walking trail. Lots of perso al items from family. I found it quite charming but i know so.e vrboers may not appreciate that so im mentioning it. The only issue i did have which is not that big of a deal was the cars needed to be garaged at night and theres only room for 2. Again not a big deal but should be mentioned especially if you are meeting up with several people coming in from all over. House was spacious and comfortable. Location was great. Neighborhood safe and clean. Walking trail was definitely my favorite part. Whenever i had a question, it was responded to quickly. Great vrbo.

Summary: The neighborhood & home & yards were beautiful. Very close to everywhere we needed to visit. Fantastic grocery store, Market 32, just up the street. Needs carpet shampooed or replaced.
