Summary: It was a clean cozy space. The beds were comfy, many things were provided. A/C and fans were NOT enough to cool, but we survived. A little care would make this so much nicer: groom the yard/ weed/ water so we could use the firepit, get comfy seating in the living room, and pest control the perimeter so mosquitoes and spiders didnt get in the bathroom window. It has potential to be so much more. But! We slept well and it was clean and a great location. We would stay again!

Summary: Based upon other short-term rentals, this was below average on several measures. Also informed the host that they had a black ant infestation that presented ants on the table, counter tops, floor and us. They indicated that they were aware of the problem but did not indicate any defined actions would occur. The host responded that they 'apologize for the inconvenience'.

Summary: It was the perfect place for the price and comfort ability after a day of hunting. Its location was only 8 miles from family and friends. We will be back!
