NO SMOKING ALLOWED ON PROPERTY. Within minutes to downtown Punta Gorda, only 30 minutes to Port Charlotte. Heated, Private Pool for additional fee. $100.00 ($14.28/day)extra fee for heated pool per 7 day stay or rental period if shorter. Close to a lot of dining and many things to do.
