Positive: All staff were friendly and helpful. Facilities were very clean and we love the location. Breakfast was also delicious.
Negative: The beds were comfortable but the pillows were a little stiff for my personal liking - but you can't please everyone all the time so it was fine. :-)

Positive: Great location for public transport-right next to Haymarket Light Rail stop and very close to Central station and Railway Square. It was very handy to store our bags there for a few hours on the day of our departure. Comfortable room.
Negative: Suggestion- install liquid soap, shampoo etc. I always struggle to open the soap packet and there's a lot of unnecessary plastic waste.
