A luxurious spacious retreat home that sleeps 12 comfortably and is set up for families and couples. The master bedroom is extremely large with fireplace and lounging area. Two bedrooms are equipped with queen-sized beds and large closets. One bedroom with a king bed & trundle along with a walk-in closet. The neighbouring bedroom has 2 queen beds to sleep 4 & a walk-in closet. This home has ample room for entertaining and relaxation. Two entertainment rooms, one with a 3D television and large section and one with ping-pong/pool table. There is also an office space at the front of the home. The backyard is equipped with a heated pool & hot tub (additional charge), swim-up pool bar with sunken ramada for outdoor cooking space, BBQ, television, outdoor fire pit and putting green. There is an outdoor eating area in the backyard that is private and easily accessible to the indoor kitchen or outdoor barbecue area.
Our home was set-up with the thought of making it all-inclusive... Everything all in one.

Summary: Wonderful home and location, very clean and comes with everything you could ever need while staying there! Very spacious with only 4 of us in the house, could have had 8-10 people and still had plenty of room. The pool, hot tub and swim up cooking area was the favorite part.

Summary: It was our third time in Phoenix and this was the best house by far. We have a family of seven and we were more than satisfied. The kids loved the property. Only about thirty minutes from any adventure. Planning on booking again.

Summary: We and two other couples stayed at Rhonda's place for 1 week at the end of Feb, early March. Dealing with Rhonda was great. She was open to text messages, and responded pretty quick after I sent her a text. Her place is well stocked with lots of condiments, spices, and some other food items. There was a fair amount of beer and pop in the fridge as well. We drank some of that, but ended up leaving some of the items we bought there for the next guests. The layout of the house is nice and open. We enjoyed the use of the dining table, the pool/ping pong table, and the main room tv area. We didn't use the smaller den area at all during our stay. The bedroom that my wife and I used is not connected to a bathroom, but the main floor bathroom is right beside it. The one comment that I have is the beds are not very comfortable. There is some sort of plastic underneath the beds, that made them very loud and uncomfortable. One of the other couples said the same thing about their room. A couple of things that were a little strange were the light switches really didn't make sense, and they are all over the house, so sometimes took a while to find the right switch. The couple that stayed in the master bedroom, could not figure out how to turn on the bedroom light the whole time. I only found out about that right at the end of trip. If they would have told me earlier, I would have texted Rhonda, and I'm sure she would have guided us the right way. As for the cleanliness of the house, it wasn't as clean as I would expect. You can definitely see dirt in the corners of the house. I imagine the cleaning crew that comes in maybe doesn't clean it perfectly, but overall it was fine. The backyard is nicely laid out with a pool and hot tub. If you use the hot tub, it really doesn't take long to heat up, so leaving it on overnight is not necessary. There is a gas fire pit, and lots of outside furniture that is in great condition. We were out there a lot in the evening, even when it was cool out as it is very sheltered. There is also a nice little putting green if you wanted to practice before a round of golf. The neighborhood is really nice, and the access to stores and the freeway is good. It is however quite far from main attractions. Although we enjoyed our stay, and dealing with Rhonda is great, I don't think we would stay there again. I would give Rhonda a 5 for sure, but a couple little things brought the review done to a 4.

Summary: We stayed for two weeks at this property, loved the backyard-- a little too chilly for the pool, but the hot tub was terrific. We spent a lot of time in the house and took advantage of the common spaces and the game room. The owners were accessible--which turned out to be a good thing when we had a small mishap--but we really enjoyed the entire experience and would be happy to return for the same approximate dates in 2020...
