7,000 sq. ft. custom, resort-style home adjacent to the Phoenix Sonoran Desert Preserve and Cave Buttes Recreation Area. This 2.5 acre estate has both colorful mountain and twinkling city views. The always-changing colors of the sunset in the backyard are breathtaking! One of the big secrets you will enjoy at this home located in Happy Valley, is the weekly hot air balloon “shows” directly over the house. It is a memorable, quiet, slow moving, colorful, up-close experience you won't forget.
This 7 bed/6 bath home sleeps up to 10 adults and 11 kids, on three levels. There is a huge, adult loft game area AND a kids gaming/play area with two bunk rooms in the walk-out lowest level. Zero entry main level has 3 bedrooms with King beds and 1 with a Queen and ALL 4 King bedrooms have their own private balcony or patio. Two bedrooms have an en-suite bathroom and then two others have a split en-suite, meaning it has a door to bath directly but also a door from a hallway.
This oasis in the heart of the desert hosts, a heated pool with a waterfall, fire pit, 9-hole putting green, 1 fireplace, outdoor BBQ kitchen, baseball hoop area, ping-pong, pool table, slapback shuffleboard, poker table, “Golden Tee” machine, a 4 person arcade with 1,300 games, dart machine, air hockey, foosball, double “pop a shot”, all smart TV's, Direct TV and free wifi, and more.
Garage features an EV charger/outlet for guest use.
36 miles of trails begin less than an acre away, to bike or hike (easy to difficult) with its native cactus and plants, desert wildlife and awesome views. Easy access to the 101, 17 & 51 highways.

Please note: By law this house may NOT be used for Parties or Events or Large Gatherings. No loud music or parties are allowed and guest will be removed without refunds and reported to reservation websites and police.
*Quiet hours are enforced from 9pm-9am
*Please note Bunk Beds are only able to accommodate children.
*Pool and landscape vendors access the home once per week and have access to the backyard. Pool is serviced every Wednesday. Service days have the possibility of changing and do occur up to two times a week.
*No pets allowed
*Pool heat can be scheduled for $150+ tax per day (must be scheduled at least 3 days before check in)
*A laundry bag will be dropped off 1-2 days prior to departure. Please leave it where it gets left.
*This rental property is not used for Nuisance Parties or Unlawful Gatherings. Maximum of 6 adults plus their dependent children are allowed.
* Unauthorized late check-out will incur a penalty of $150 + tax.

Summary: The property was perfect for each couple to have their own private room and bathroom and balcony or patio and the kids/teen space in the basement was perfect for them as well! We all enjoyed all the fun games indoor and out. There was something for everyone. We would definitely come stay here again!

Summary: Nice signage and brick drive was beautifully landscaped; but two garbage cans were left full and overflowing. We bought kitchen towels(none provided). Basic supplies on arrival were sparse for a family of 20. That said facility was nice, functional and good for kids.plumbing repairs(loose handles/faucets) other maintenance needed

Summary: This home was perfect for our family gathering. 5 different families all stayed together, 8 adults with 9 kids (ages 2-15). The home is large enough that each couple had their own space/bathroom while the kids all hung together downstairs. Countless games of air hockey and ping pong were played! The backyard is the perfect place for family meals and swimming/golf plus sitting by the fire pit in the evenings. Property manager was quick to respond to any questions. Such a great place to enjoy time together and close enough to explore the area. Highly recommend!

Summary: We loved the house overall. We had a few issues that management was able to resolve pretty quickly considering it was a holiday week. Just a word of caution that the design of the home allows noise to carry. If you are sleeping in the rooms right off the main floor living room you might want to bring ear plugs. We even loved the location which was out of town but still close to amenities. There was plenty of parking on site.

Summary: Great spot for a big group. Plenty to keep younger kids occupied during the day. A bit of a drive to Phoenix and Scottsdale, but perfect if you stock up before heading to the house. Pool was a little cold at first but eventually warmed up from the Arizona heat. Overall a great space for our group of 16.

Summary: Some friends and I went out to this property for a bachelor party / golf trip, essentially serving as a "home base" for the weekend. The home exceeded our expectations and was an absolute gem for the trip. There was PLENTY to do at the home, with games, a pool, a putting green, a fire pit, etc. The home was truly a highlight of our trip and every person who attended enjoyed it thoroughly. The kitchen and main floor was plenty big enough to accommodate the 14 people that stayed. The patio and pool area was amazing, providing plenty of shade and entertainment throughout the days! I highly suggest this property to anyone needing a larger home to stay in in the Phoenix / Scottsdale area.
