Positive: Most of the staff was very pleasant, friendly, and welcoming. The decorations and feeling of the place was on point for the most part. I've always loved the vibes in Great Wolf Lodge. The water park was fun and kept us entertained for a long time, which was the main reason we came here.
Negative: One staff member did sexuality harass one of my guests, but we also reported the issue and they extended out checkout time which was nice of them. Also, the bedding was uncomfortable. Most of my guests had a difficult time sleeping because of the quality of the mattresses. Not a huge deal if the place wasn't so expensive, but it was so I expected nicer mattresses. Also just the price in general. Dang, this place is pricey.
Summary: Fun, nice staff (except for one person), good vibes, but too expensive in my opinion.

Negative: extremely overpriced and the floors felt like they had dry rot, carpets were peeling up causing trip hazards everywhere. the rocks/floor surrounding the big fire it was so filthy there is no way it has been cleaned in years. overall the hide n costs and filth was shocking.

Positive: The indoor Waterpark was amazing because my daughter loves to swim.
Negative: The food was not so good at all, they charge 18.99 for wings, and the wings weren't cooked well through at all. And the fact that I paid for a late check out until 2 p.m. so my baby could play and swim more due to her birthday, and now there are no lights in the building so that's upsetting to her at the moment and we have to switch hotel's now due to no ETA.

Negative: The food at the breakfast buffet was cold and not good I felt we had to pay for absolutely everything and couldn’t find water. The internet didn’t work well the TV was complicated to figure out Parking was horrific

Positive: Had an awesome time. Every member of the staff smiled and greeted me. The bed was extremely comfortable. Really enjoyed the water park. Being a single adult, I was worried about going there, but definitely felt welcomed by everyone. Appreciated the adults only hot tub. Ordered a pizza and ate it on the patio. I'm definitely going to stay there again.
