Positive: Centrally located in Buriram, clean rooms, comfortable beds (mattrasses on a slightly elevated floor level), free parking, and excellent breakfast choices (international and Thai options (served at the table) at a reasonable price.

Negative: There is nothing to dislike - in my opinion. I always like to have a pool, that's missing but it's not a minus.

Positive: Very good location inside the city, close to restaurants and night spots. Quiet location inside a park,, near main road..Nice restaurant and breakfast (served at the table). Staff is very nice and attentive. Rooms are rather simple but fine.with comfortable mattresses (no beds).

Negative: Just to let you know: Don't expect a hotel like appearance. It's a place to stay overnight in a building with rooms on two floors and a separate building with reception counter and restaurant (breakfast area). Everything was fine for me,
