Positive: Good location to see Burney Falls State Park Clean rooms & comfortable bed Reasonable rates

Negative: On check in- the deck clerk was quick to point out ‘the Rules’. Strange approach to Hospitality…. Maybe she was having a bad day? This Motel is a diamond in the rough, it could be a real jewel with a bit more TLC, fresh paint, a broom or leaf blower for the parking lot & outdoor space.

Summary: This is a true 1940’s style Motel with a little love & paint it could be a jewel

Positive: Room was clean. Area was quiet. Staff was pleasant. Had both a good size refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker. Bed was comfortable and the TV worked.
