Summary: The apartment was great! The outside of the building is a little deceiving, the inside is very nice, clean and modern. The only downside of our stay were other tenants standing/sitting outside right by the front door. We constantly had to use the back doors which wasn’t a super big deal, except that it rained quite a bit and there were big puddles by the back door. Owner very responsive to messages which was very appreciated! Would definitely recommend to others and stay here again!

Summary: The condo was very nice, convenient location. Jason was very helpful and promptly answered all my calls for assistance. Not being very Tech savvy I found the TV difficulty to use. Never was able to get to major network TV and local news/weather.

Summary: Very clean and updated apartment in Spicer with views of the lake. We were walking distance to businesses. Had amenities such as coffee, soap, towels, hairdryer, etc. We didn't stay long enough to cook but it did have all the usual items. This one of the nicest properties I’ve stayed in.

Summary: Aside from the outward appearance when we pulled up to the building this condo was exactly as we expected. The building itself is older and the shared hallway a bit rundown but the condo was beautiful inside. New, super clean, and comfortable. We were able to walk to dinner and breakfast and were in close proximity to the state parks we wanted to visit. Our only recommendation to our host is there were no kitchen towels and we ran out of paper towels. We couldn’t get the dishwasher to work but that could have been operator error. Overall we had a great visit and loved the condo. Thanks for a great visit to Spicer.
