Positive: Property is very nice and clean... Swimming pool is amazing with lake view... Very calm n peaceful vibe.... Relaxing experience. Kukku is amazing as host. Very helpful n nice person. I would love to stay again in future. Very good ambience And lot of area for kids to play. Garden is good for chilling. Breakfast is very good n coffee is amazing.

Positive: My family liked the stay. The view and everything was good. The manager (KUKKU) really helped us throughout the stay with accommodation, booking etc

Negative: It's a bit interior and would have been better if food was arranged. Beverages provided could have also been better.

Positive: Well maintained property. Staff was very kind and helpful, lot of open space to walk and chill especially if you have pets. The view one wakes to is mesmerising.

Negative: If you want to stay away from crowd this point might be in your favour, it’s 30 minutes away from varkala cliff.

Summary: Beautiful view with a pool facilities, you get home cooked food and good service.
