Enjoy scenic Arizona in the comfort of this two bedroom, two bath
single level townhome. Located just around the corner from the
Desert Hills Social Center (swimming, dances, bridge, tennis,
classes and tons of fun) this end unit offers a very bright and
light floor plan including a convenient kitchen and dining area,
lovely living room master bedroom and private patio.
Green Valley is a retirement community 20 miles south of Tucson.
There are numerous nearby golf courses and you're only 40 miles from
Nogales, Mexico.
The kitchen is complete and convenient and just a few steps from the
dining area.
The master bedroom has plenty of room with a king size bed and is
joined by a private bath. The second bedroom also has a king size
bed.
The living room is beautifully furnished including TV and
has plenty room for entertaining family and friends.
Enjoy beautiful mountain views from your private brick patio
equipped with a gas BBQ for those evening cook-outs. You'll see
birds, rabbits, roadrunners and every variety of cactus.
There are three TVs; one in the living room with basic cable plus Netflix and Sling providing my guests with a large spectrum of live TV channels plus a generous selection of sports channels.
I provide my guests with forms to obtaing guest passes allowing access to all Green Valley Recreation (GVR) facilities.

Summary: The location was wonderful. Close to the pool, and the grocery store. The view of the mountains was beautiful. The inside of the home was nice. Beds very comfortable. The only thing a little difficult was making the beds before we left early the last morning. My sister is on a walker and it was a little hard.

Summary: We had a wonderful stay at this comfortable townhome. The place was nicely decorated, fully furnished, and the kitchen well stocked for cooking. The outdoor patio had an amazing view of the mountains and was the perfect place for our morning coffee.
