Positive: We love the fact that it’s indoor and that you need a passcode in order to get in the building, that made my family feel very safe and secure 🤗
Negative: The condo itself was very spacious, nice decor, and exceptionally clean, we had everything we needed, at our fingertips, Ms. Abby and her husband are genuine, understanding and wonderful hosts, my family and I will definitely stay here when ever we visit Greensboro North Carolina again n we definitely highly recommend this property to whom ever is visiting and looking for a clean safe and comfortable place to stay 🌺💞

Positive: I stayed there for 3 weeks for work. Nice open space with plenty of sunlight for the soul. There are shutters in addition to the windows. Shutters keep the cold out but when opened, lots of light!! Loved the layout of the apartment. Quiet. Love the master suite and large walk-in closet. A big draw for me was no carpets!. Nice kitchen space. Love the washer and dryer. Comfortable and clean. The bed was very comfy and that comforter was so warm and comfy. The basket of little snacks, bottles of water, detergent were such nice touches and very much appreciated. I also appreciated the little booklet which included restaurant suggestions. The complex was quiet and the occupants were friendly and seemed professional. Lots of convenient parking. Restaurants, grocery is not too far away. I had to leave because it was unavailable for longer but i did so with heavy heart. Loved it and would do it again. It did not disappoint and is as advertised.!
Negative: A few times (maybe 3 times) in my stay i could hear the bath (?)water from upstairs but it bothered me only because it was in the morning. Really only heard from the master bedroom. I wasn't able to turn up the heat but it was set at 69/70. I'm just a tropical fish. But there were blankets a plenty. It was a cold wintwr. Also some issue with the bath stopper. Even though the owners made themselves available, i have only myself to blame for not reaching out re the above issues. I'm sure if you reached out they would have responded. And it's on 2nd floor so it's a good maybe 16 steps to climb.

Positive: The location was perfect. The basket full of snacks was a welcome sight to a weary and hungry traveler -- as was the coffee. Most of all, I appreciated the ease of communication with the host. The condo was beautiful, clean, and tastefully decorated with warm and homey touches. I was so impressed.

Positive: The location was exceptional. The highway was close by and lots of eateries and beautiful scenic places to see. Close to a beautiful park and located in a beautiful neighborhood.
Negative: I wish stores like Target and the malls were a little closer but they still were only about 20 minutes out.
