Welcome to Greer's Twin Cottage A! This charmingly restored duplex is just a short walk to Downtown Greer, its shops, restaurants and the Greer City Park. This cottage features 2 bedrooms (to sleep 4), a full bathroom, and a large front porch. It is dog friendly and includes a secluded fenced-in back yard. Twin Cottage B may also be rented (if available) to sleep 4 more guests. Both cottages are separated and have separate porches, separate entrances and separate fenced-in back yards.
Each cottage features 2 bedrooms and one full bathroom. The newly restored vintage bedroom in the front features a king-sized bed and a work station for travelers that need to work from home. The second bedroom features a queen-sized bed. There is a fully equipped kitchen with all new appliances and staples for cooking. There is also a washer and dryer. Each cottage has its own front porch and its own fenced-in back yard.
Each cottage has it's own private driveway with 2 parking spaces. The neighborhood is great for walking and for walking your dog(s). All of downtown Greer's charming shops, restaurants, amenities and events and within a short walking distance.
This cottage features 2 bedrooms (to sleep 4), a full bathroom, its own large front porch and 2 private parking spaces. It is dog-friendly and includes a secluded fenced-in back yard. Twin Cottage A may also be rented (if available) to sleep 4 more guests. Both cottages are separate from each other with separate entrances with separate porches. The back yard is also separately fenced-in for each cottage. There is an access gate between both yards that may be used by guests to create a larger private, "dog park" if neighboring dogs from both cottages are allowed to mingle. There is a $75 non-refundable pet deposit to be collected separately from booking.

Summary: We loved our stay! The house is SO much cuter in person and had EVERYTHING you could need for a 'home away from home' stay. The unit was very clean and beautifully decorated. The fenced in backyard was very helpful for our little dog, and we were only about three minutes from a Walmart. This is a perfect stay for a baseball/softball family as it's only around 18 mins to Tyger River Park. We had to be up very earlier for tournaments, so my only input for guests would be to sleep with earplugs if you don't have to be up early. The train is not directly by the house, but is close enough to mildly hear. Nothing that should sway you from staying. We will definitely book again when we are up this way again for another tournament.

Summary: Very clean house cute decor. I love the porch and the beds are extremely comfortable and it’s very close to downtown Greer, which has a great coffee shop within walking distance.

Summary: This is a very clean, cozy cottage close to downtown Greer and with easy access to I-85, I-26, and Wade Hampton Blvd. We experienced an issue with a broken bed frame but the owner was extremely attentive and quick to respond. He, in fact, came and performed a repair himself. The check-in process was very easy. It is in an older but quiet neighborhood and was the 2nd time we stayed. It was quite comfortable for us.

Summary: This was a very clean cottage. Decorated for the comfort of their guests. Neighborhood is residential. Some of the homes were very rundown but location to the town was very good, walking distance. Overall I would recommend it.

Summary: We stayed in Greer to do some relocation research on the surrounding area and towns. This cottage was in a great, central location to access either Greenville or Spartanburg County. Communication with the hosts was very fast and easy. This cottage has everything you need and very comfortable beds! We had to unexpectedly cut our trip short due to a hurricane in FL, but we enjoyed our stay and will definitely plan another trip to complete our research.
