It has a powerful Heatpump/Air-Con which heats up or cools down cottage.
Please Note: Fireplace is NOT usable.
Plenty of room on the driveway to park your car and you can even put your car in the garage if you wish (though you will need to put the table tennis table away first) :)

Summary: We enjoyed our stay in Greytown at your place. Greytown is a lovely area with a nice community vibe and shops. The place was well located to shops and eating places. We were within walking distance of everything we needed. The property itself had everything we needed and it was a bonus that the beds were comfy and the place had a table tennis table which we enjoyed using. If coming to Greytown again we would stay here again. The communication given by the owner was fantastic. I give this place 5 stars.

Summary: Spent two nights at this lovely home. Very clean and airy, perfectly located 5 minutes from the high street. Will stay again next time we’re planning on staying over the hill. And thank you for the eggs!

Summary: Tidy little cottage with all the facilities we needed for a mini-getaway! The table tennis and dart board were a hit with the kids on rainy days and we were very close to the shops, cafes, restaurants etc and a short walk down to the (free!) swimming pool to cool off when the sun did come out. Looking forward to being back soon :)

Summary: Great location, the property is lovely, ideal for families. It wa so clean & had a nice homely feek to it. Delwyn & Lloyd make you feel so welcome especially with the little welcome gifts on the dining table. Highly recommend staying here will definitely be back.

Summary: The cottage was a great place to get away to for a couple of days. A very short walk to the Main Street but super quiet. Very comfortable house to stay in, with some fun games to play and great space for our dog to run free. Will definitely be back.
