In the district of Kranzbach 3 km from the centre of Gröbming, 14 km from the centre of Haus im Ennstal, 22 km from the centre of Schladming, in a sunny position on a slope, 11 km from the lake, 13 km from the skiing area, in the countryside. For shared use: natural state property 30 ha with meadow, courtyard, swimming pool round fenced (10 x 5 m, depth 100 - 280 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). Terrace, garden furniture. In the house: storage room for skis, ski boot dryer. In Winter: please take snow chains. Communal covered parking at the house. Supermarket 3 km, restaurant 3 km, bus stop 200 m, railway station "Stein an der Enns" 5 km, outdoor swimming pool 3 km, bathing lake "Aich" 11 km. Mountain railway 16 km, ski lift 13 km. Comfortable furnishings in the country house style. Terrace partly roofed. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs (4). Very beautiful view of the mountains, the valley and Grimming. Facilities: sauna, baby cot. Internet (WiFi, free). Reserved parking (5 cars) at 20 m. Please note: non-smoking house. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm. Summary: Das Haus war rundum super.Wir waren mit 12 Familienmitgliedern unterwegs mit 2 Kindern bis 12 Jahren. Sehr gepflegt, total nette Vermieter, Bauernhof mit Kühen, Kälber, Hund und Katzen direkt nebenan.Die grosse Wiese direkt nebenan, konnte zum Ballspielen genutzt werden. Wir werden wieder dort relaxen

Summary: Wir hatten einen wundervollen Kurzurlaub mit der Großfamilie! Für die Kinder war einiges geboten, kleiner Spielturm und ein kleiner Badetag. Außerdem Kühe und Kälber. Katze und Hund hat natürlich auch nicht gefehlt! Die Vermieter sind super nett, hilfsbereit und unkompliziert! Man fühlt sich sehr willkommen!

Summary: Wir waren mit 6 Erw. und 5 Kindern für eine Woche im Sommer dort. Das Haus und das gesamte Anwesen war perfekt für uns. Durch den Schwimmteich und den angrenzenden Bauernhof der Vermieter war es ein Paradies für unsere Kinder. Die Lage der Unterkunft war für Ausflugsziele im Umkreis auch ideal und es gibt wirklich ein reichhaltiges Angebot an Aktivitäten. Die Austattung und der Zustand des Hauses ließ wirklich keine Wünsche offen, und auch die Vermieter waren einfach nur herzlich und klasse.
