Completely newly built, one-storey, barrier-free, light-flooded apartment, built with healthy building materials such as brick, lime plaster and wood. Very quiet location in the middle of a small village, away from mass tourism.
The apartment has 2 bedrooms, each with a bathroom. These are furnished with a barrier-free shower in the torrent design, a ceramic wash basin including a flat mirror with LED lighting and a hair dryer. Rimless toilets incl. The soft closing system and the special eye-catcher in both bathrooms are the photo motifs in the shower, which were taken during a hike to the hanging stove (2056 m).
Every room has a flat screen TV. In the front building there is an extra toilet with the same equipment.
A utility room contains everything you need for in-between cleaning or washing clothes.
Also in the front of the house are two shoe dryers, ideal to dry your shoes after a nice day of skiing or a long day of hiking. To relax, there is a spacious living room with a wonderful view of the mountains, an infrared cabin and a fully equipped kitchen with dining area and of course a dishwasher. You can end the day on the comfortable and spacious leather couch, which can also be pulled out, as a cozy TV evening (Satellite TV) or with a good book.
Free WiFi is also available.
In addition to the underfloor heating, there is also a wood-burning stove in the living room with a sock dryer.
two children's chairs and two cots and a children's sleigh are available.
The apartment is ideal for children, as there are no crash sites and there are no thresholds or the like when romping around.
In the summer months, entry to the nearby outdoor pool is included in the rental price.
Two sledges are available free of charge in winter.

Summary: The apartment was really clean and even better than in the pictures. The beds were really good and the large Windows opened up to a wonderful landscape.The renters were friendly and helpful. I really recommend this apartment!

Summary: We loved our stay. The apartment id every comfortable and clean. The kitchen hasn't allow we needed. The views from the windows are very nice. The blinds outside the windows allow the apartment too stay cool on hot days. Fridolin and Maria are very friendly and welcoming hosts . We are definitely coming again !

Summary: My wife and I stayed three nights at this flat, and we loved it! The pictures are accurate and the house is in immaculate condition. The floor plan works for a couple, a small family, or two couples. There are 2.5 bathrooms and a large open plan living room/dining room + kitchen. A utility room contains a washing machine. If the weather is nice, then the deck outside would be a great place to eat or enjoy a sundowner. We used the flat as a base from which to hike in the mountains. The owners are really friendly and responsive hosts. One note: there isn't a market in the village, so you'll need to shop prior to arrival at one of the stores along the B320 (Spar, Billa, Hofer are reasonably close by). In short: we loved our stay and would like to return again.

Summary: The property was extremely clean, well equipped, very tastefully furnished in a quiet locality and within easy reach by car of two larger towns. Maria and Fridolin were very friendly and helpful, perfect hosts. We would certainly recommend to anyone wishing to enjoy this area of Austria.

Summary: This property was lovely. Pristine and cleanly decorated, with artsy touches. Loved the layout. The kitchen had everything needed for putting together a nice dinner. The bathroom showers were great: large with really good water pressure. Wonderful neighborhood, with easy access to nearby towns and hikes. Maria, a friend of the owner, met us at the home and showed us around. It was unusually warm during our stay (end of October), so she brought out the patio table and chairs (had already been stored for the winter). Thank you! It was nice sitting outside in the morning drinking coffee, and during the evening as the sun was setting. We also made use of the infrared sauna after returning from our hikes. We highly recommend this home!

Summary: Our family spent 5 perfect days in this great house. It was very clean with a lot of space for the 5 of us. The kitchen had everything we needed, the bedrooms with own bathroom was great, very clean and decorated with great taste. There are lots of hiking routes, a magical waterfall and a swimmimgpool just around the corner. Also there are great places to visit within 20 minutes by car. Thank you Maria and Fridolin for this wonderfull holiday!

Summary: Wonderful hosts. They were waiting for us, despite the late check in (9 PM) just as promised. Fridolin and his girlfriend were very friendly, easy to communicate with. The apartment is just as described, and even nicer than in the pictures. There is more than enough space in every room, the living room is especially spacious. Everything was so clean and tidy as if the whole suite was brand new. There are big cupboards in each bedroom. There are two fully equipped bathroom, and also a separate toilet which is very comfortable for 4 people. The kitchen has every necessary equipment – microwave, electric pot, even a toaster. There is a drier for shoes (skiboots in winter) which was very nice after an excursion in rainy weather. Strongly recommended! Great thanks, Fridolin, we hope to return to you one day!

Summary: Apartment is located in a small village just about 25 minutes away from the main ski center Schladming Dachstein. The house is about one year old. Everything is new and very well equipped.You have a plenty of space, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, three toilets...what do you need more ?:) The owners are very friendly. The area is very quite what was great.We enjoyed our stay and we definitely come back once again !

Summary: All I wanted for Christmas was a snowy winter wonderland and this was it! Nestled in the mountains, the scenery was breathtaking. The house itself was extremely comfortable and had everything you could possibly need, including a sauna! So luxurious! A short walk from the house is a beautiful waterfall which is definitely worth the trip. The location itself is great, only about an hour away from Hallstatt and 90 minutes from Salzburg. Fridolin and his wife were the most welcoming hosts. They were very kind and got groceries for our stay since we would get there after the stores closed on Christmas Eve and would be closed for the next few days. I do not know what we would have done without them! They also welcomed us with a delightful tray of cookies which was just what we needed after a long drive. They were extremely accommodating, and when we needed specific pans or kitchen tools not provided they brought them over from their house. They had recommendations for things to do in the area, particularly a nearby ski slope and school which I embarrassed myself more than once trying to learn! I cannot say enough wonderful things about our stay here. I strongly recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful retreat. We definitely want to come back!! Thank you Fridolin for a truly wonderful stay!
