Summary: This little lodge was the perfect place for us to stay while exploring the Lamar valley. It is right at the edge of Yellowstone, dinner options were a 1 minute walk, great views, campfire and friendly check-in. The room had everything we needed, was clean, everything worked, good shower and mattress. Not the latest in decoration, but fit perfectly into the setting. From the outside, we could see tools and materials that they are using to continue to fix the property up, but didn’t effect our wonderful stay. I felt the room was much more comfortable than the night we spent in Old Faithful Inn!

Summary: The Grizzly Lodge is a great place to stay when visiting Yellowstone National Park. We arrived late at night and the staff was there to greet us, get us checked in quickly and even had a campfire going to make the experience that much better. The room was clean and exactly as described. The furniture and fixtures were all a bit dated, but that kind of is the vibe of the place and wasn’t a problem. I’d stay there again!

Summary: Grizzly lodge is a really nice log cabin style accomodation with a great location between the Northeast entrance to Yellowstone and the Beartooth highway. You feel like you are staying in Yellowstone and are surrounded by wildlife and the mountains. Really nice and helpful staff and the stay was quiet and cosy! Only issue is no food/restaurant on site but the lodge across the road and cafe next door are really tasty so no issues there.
