Summary: The townhome was cute and the little yard was convenient for letting out our dog. It wasn’t 5 star kind of clean with dog hair left on chair, trash found behind bed table, bed is a bit stiff (I’m more of a soft mattress fan), towels had a different smell when wet, and the water heater did not allow for any hot water (just lukewarm). It was a nice enough place and the neighborhood seemed safe. I might return, but I can’t give a 5 star rating for the above reasons. We did not disclose any of these things to the owner, but I’m sure the water heater issue may have been fixed had we asked, but it didn’t affect our stay enough to reach out.

Summary: I really enjoyed this property more than any other place I’ve ever stayed. It was very convenient to the beach, restaurants, basically everywhere we visited while on our trip. I loved the fenced in back yard for my dog. It was very clean and inviting. Beautifully decorated. I would definitely stay here again in the future!

Summary: This amazing place is tucked away and it’s so peaceful! Literally everything you need is there. We went there during an hurricane evacuation and I can’t believe we got this little place for so many days last minute. Back yard is private with a patio table. Both rooms have private balconies. Wi-fi is great, I work remote. We definitely plan on going back when we can actually relax and aren’t storm stressed with work. Thanks for the amazing stay, Gregg. We appreciate you being so accommodating and letting us extend our stay as well.
