Stunning ground floor air-conditioned apartment in a beautiful complex furnished to an exceptional specification, situated in private grounds with gated entrance, communal swimming pool, floodlit tennis court and allocated parking. With a ground floor location it takes away the annoyance of stairs when you 'pop' back to the apartment for another cold drink, situated less than 30 seconds from the pool, it is ideally located. Recently decorated throughout so now looks as good as new. Relax in the garden on your own private sunbeds. Wifi is now available at my apartment, this is sorted and payable locally.

Summary: From the start we had great contact with owner Nigel! Great instructions to get to apartment. Arriving late at night, it was great to be able to find with ease! The apartment was the perfect space for 2 of us who wanted a relaxing holiday. In response to other reviews we were sceptical and Yes we did have an uninvited guest in the shape of a cockroach who sprung up out of the bath, he did swiftly get escorted out of the building! But hey it's nature and it does happen! There was construction going on behind the complex whilst our visit which did cause it to be dusty! But that's what a broom is for! The pool was 20 steps away and absolutely perfect! Peaceful and relaxing which is all we wanted! Many days we had the pool to ourselves! Overall the stay in the complex was just what we wanted and everyone was beyond friendly! Worth a stay! And worth the price!

Summary: On arrival at the appartment we was greeted by 3 live cockroach's, 11 dead with termites coming out of them.So you could imagine my wife's panic.Also termites all over the work surface,it took me a good 2 hours to clean up and calm my wife down. Next morning we tried to use the toaster but it wasn't working,didn't find out for 2 days that it wasn't he toaster not working but the wall socket next to the fridge not working. Bath tap comes of in your hand as you lift it for a shower,the day we was leaving noticed leak from bathroom sink. Would not call this a luxury appartment.

Summary: It is an exageration to attribute luxury to this apartment. It is standard, acceptable - nothing more. The garden is a patch of grass, surrounded by concrete walls, where the external A/C units sit. WIFI is not included, and the guests have to arrange for it, at extra cost, with the management of the compound. It doesn't work in the private areas (inside the apartment) and in the public areas, it is basically useless. I had an invasion of ants. The bathroom sink/tap was leaking. The floor was dusty (dirty). Don't expect much, otherwise you're in for a disappointment. I would have preferred to pay more for something better and closer to Larnaca.
