Positive: Host was really kind and helpful, she was there to answer all the questions and help with any needs we had. Apartment has stunning view from the balcony and bedroom - it is really worth to pay for it, and enjoy having meals there, looking at palms and the sea. Apartment had all the facilities listed in the offer, I would also add plenty of electrical adapters (EU <> UK), beach towels, possibility to borrow beach umbrella - it lowers those small additional costs. Parking space with a roof - how good it was to enter a car in the morning. Last but not least, you may grab one or two lemons straight from the tree and play with host's dog - our kids had real fun :) AC works well.
Negative: It's nothing big really, just small remarks: - sofa bed is not the newest one, nothing broken but not that comfortable - living room has not enough window curtains - there is not many people around, yet if you want 100% privacy, it's not achievable - doors might need some adjustment
Summary: Great deal for a price. Location and outstanding palm/sea view are really amazing!

Negative: would have preferred darker curtains or additional blind in bedroom, as east facing and in full sun from very early.
