Summary: Spent a week at Rosa's property. Lovely quiet spot, no more than 5 minutes to the beach and perfectly placed for all that Puerto Pollenca has to offer. Rosa was extremely quick at responding to any queries and the apartment had everything needed for our break. Having some outdoor space was also extremely nice.

Summary: Very nice apartment, very well located 5 minutes walk from the beach of Port de Pollença in a very pleasant area. Outdoor terrace and veranda really very appreciable. In short, we were really great.

Summary: Perfect for two people. Lovely conservatory with bifold doors, spotlessly clean throughout, quiet location but only four minutes walk to the beach, five to the supermarket, and ten to the port and centre. The small bus station is just fifteen minutes away and a regular bus service takes you to local towns, beauty spots and markets. The host, Rosa, was lovely. Highly recommended!!

Summary: This is the second time and each time we have had a great stay . Rosa was great , got something fixed straight away . I would recommend this apartment greatly . Nice quiet area few roads back from sea front. Hopefully back next year .

Summary: This spacious little apartment was brilliant. Beach at the end of the very quiet road with a handy little supermarket. 5 mins walk into the town and is right next to the nature reserve and 2 mins to bus stop to Palma or Pollença. A little basic in appearance but very clean, functional, comfortable and had everything you needed, even a tv WiFi and DVD player which was handy as we had a minor hurricane which left us having to stay in. There’s a bbq outside with great seating and quite private. Rosa was great , really helpful and replied within minutes to any contact. Really easy to find and load of free parking. If your not hiring a car can highly recommend the Hoppa bus from the airport, very cheap and efficient. Thank you Rosa, we loved our stay and will defiantly return

Summary: Beautiful clean apartment, with all facilities, good air conditioning, fast WiFi, 5 min walk to the beach and supermarket , many restaurants with in walking distance. We loved the peaceful area with plenty of parking around. Would not hesitate to come back! Thank you Rosa for creating a lovely cozy place.

Summary: The property was quite small but had everything that we needed for a good holiday. The beds were comfortable and the equipment was sufficient - we didn't need anything extra. We were provided with a barbecue so we cooked in a few nights. The area was quiet but close to all the amenities and the beach. Another plus was parking. We could have parked on the street without any problem but a carpark was available to us which provided extra security. Everything that was listed in the description was available and the owner provided us with extra information about walks in the area. There were many restaurants close by which were suitable for all pockets. The owner was local and helpful.
