Positive: Nice apartment overlooking scenic river. 3 ensuite rooms. Spacious living/dining/kitchen area. Car parking. Good staff support from Deirdre
Negative: It was freezing for 24 hrs but by day 2-3 it was warmed up, not acceptable in Dec/Jan. we paid 120 euro to top up electric for heating in 4 days. That is extortionate, our family home would be heated for 1 month for that amount. Windows and doors draughty, many need resealed or replaced. You should offer customers the option of preheating the apartments prior to arrival. We had a sick asthmatic child who was triggered by the cold air in rooms.

Positive: Nice and big house with a beautiful view to a river. Quite comfortable beds. There were bathrooms for every bedroom. It was close to Killorglin with car. Kitchen is well equipped.
Negative: I thought the 40€ I payed for the electricity covers my use for 6 days, but it didn’t. I misunderstood the house manager’s text message about top up, and the power went off on the 4th day. It was quite inconvenient with kids.
