Positive: Location and facilities of the hotel were good. Different options on site were also great for families.
Negative: Water temperature in kids pool for some days was super cold. We lost the water in the room for couple of hours one day. Otherwise no worries.

Positive: I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is perfect—everything is nearby: the pool, promenade, sea, and easy public transport. The buffet and restaurant offer excellent food, and the room was clean, comfortable, and had a private terrace. A special thanks to Regina, the receptionist. She is the best hotel staff member I have ever met—kind, professional, and incredibly helpful. Wishing her all the best, and I hope to return soon!

Positive: Perfect place for family and leisure. It has options for everyone from kids to couple. If parents want spend time alone they can leave kids in kids entertainment group and can have their own space. Lots of activities to do.Beautiful location to relax . We as a family find it perfect will definitely want to come back.
Negative: I find breakfast prices little high. I wanted bed more comfortable.

Positive: - Well-located area - you can easily rely on public transport to get around (30mins' bus journey to the airport, 5 minutes to Playa de San Agustin, 10 minutes to Playa del Ingles etc). We often walked to San Agustin beach via the scenic coastal path, which took around 50 minutes - Small pebbly beach with a beach bar - Staff very friendly and helpful - Food at breakfast varied and good quality - Evening entertainment - Complimentary 1,5L water bottle, tea and coffee provided each day - Apartment well-equipped, comfy enough beds - Facilities on site (small gym, pools, spa) - Lovely 'village square' lined with shops and plenty of restaurants - The resort was fairly quiet, though this may because we travelled out of season - Our apartment was at the top of a hill so we enjoyed watching the sunset in the evening from our front 'garden' with a glass of wine!
Negative: - The complex is very big and consists of several collections of apartments, so we were very confused as to where to check in and wasted a lot of time trying to find reception (we took the public bus from the airport which dropped us off across the road). The gardeners were very helpful and explained to us (in Spanish) what to do. It would have been helpful to know beforehand that the keys were to be collected from the Hotel Orquidea reception desk. - Quite hilly so probably not suitable for people with mobility issues - The 15 EUR/hr tennis court hire was a little steep in our opinion so we decided to play elsewhere
