Summary: Lovely hotel, very clean and comfortable. We had a big room, with big balcony and pool view. A long walk from reception - but not a problem for us. Breakfast was amazing. Roof top pool perfect. Staff were borderline rude - other than room attendants who were friendly.

Summary: We really liked the hotel. Beautiful, comfortable hotel, with lots of pools and a wonderful spa. Excellent breakfast. Very easy do parking the car in front of the hotel. The only downside was that our room got dirty with sand from the beach and wasn't cleaned. Otherwise, a worthy 5* hotel.

Summary: Great hotel, well maintained. Great pool area and spa. Outside pools not heated. 10 minutes from Palma airport and 20 minutes from Palma in a cab.

Summary: Loved this hotel, we didn’t have quite the bed set up we booked by it was a great room and we had a huge balcony which was fab for my son to play on. The only real downside was that the beds were very firm so neither myself or my husband slept particularly well. Also families should be aware that in spring the outdoor pool is very cold and kids can only use the indoor pool from 10-12am but the spa and sauna facilities were a huge asset. Would definitely recommend.

Summary: I rarely take the time to write reviews but I must say that the stay at the Grupotel Playa del Palma was simply exceptional. The grounds, facilities, and food were amazing. The breakfest buffet was the best I've ever had (and I've experienced plenty). The dinner buffet was equally impressive and a relative bargain. The pool and spa also very nice. We choose Mallorca for the hiking - which was also amazing. Wonderful resort; wonderful island!!
