Beautifully situated atop the Bluff of the Guadalupe River. This extraordinary country house has been newly remodeled and equipped with everything you need for a dream vacation. There is an outstanding view from the house, yard, and a hot tub of the Guadalupe River. Features an adult tree house with built-in seating and bar. The kitchen is well-equipped to do your own cooking and there is more than adequate dining space for everyone to sit together. The bunk room is unlike any other rental in the hill country!

Summary: This property was great! Everything was clean and worked properly. Kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked. Would be perfect for a big group with kids. I didn’t realize from the pictures, but there is no direct river access.

Summary: It was a wonderful place to gather all of our families to celebrate my mother's life. We had 3 families staying on the property (from CA and HI) with room for my sister's family (in Kerrville) to join us for meals and game nights. We greatly appreciated the owners coming out quickly when we had trouble with internet access. Great view, plenty of room, lots of fond memories. Thank you!
