Positive: Rustic and cheap accomodation with everything you need to spend a night before the hiking. Staff is very helpful and good breakfast. The place seems to be new

Negative: The curtains in the room don't block any sunlight, so since very early on the morning there's a lot of sunlight. Mattress seems to be a bit old. Could use a renovation.

Positive: View and ambience. Each morning having breakfast outside overlooking the beautiful mountains. So peaceful. The family who run the guest house are lovely, the man who works there always smiling and checking to see if you need anything, cooked a great breakfast, and dropped me to the start of the trail. My room was basic, spacious, clean, big bathroom with plenty hot water. I really enjoyed my two nights here.

Positive: Everything. Such a nice village experience, great family. Basic comfortable accomodation, nice hot shower and mountain view from the window, great breakfast, very affordable. Very accommodating owners, gave as a ride to hike starting point.

Positive: The house was a little triangle shaped wooden cabin with an absolutely beautiful view from all sides. The field and area was wonderful to walk around and the place was very clean. Nice hot water in the shower. Great stay for a couple. The main building on the property was like a restaurant so we could have meals there. The host Albert was very helpful and he even drove us to the start of the hiking trail to Theth in the morning after breakfast. As a tip there are no grocery stores in the area so you should bring food and snacks if you are hiking, although there were a couple of cafes along our hiking trail and restaurants around Valbona serving delicious local food. Wifi was good and there were power outlets next to the bed.

Negative: There didn’t appear to be heating in the room, although the blankets were very warm so it was okay for sleeping. Only a bit chilly at this time of year (May).

Positive: We stayed in the little cabins and absolutely loved them—they are incredibly beautiful and cozy. The bed was super comfortable, ensuring a perfect night's sleep. Albert is a fantastic host, incredibly helpful and welcoming. In addition to a great breakfast, we also had dinner there, and the food was absolutely delicious! To top it all off, Albert went above and beyond by driving us right to the trailhead. People who care this much about their guests truly deserve all the success in the world. Highly recommended, we will definitely be back!
