Private Guest House w/private entrance in a Great location close to gorgeous beaches, best world renowned golf courses, best restaurants, PGA Blvd, etc. Private washer/dryer w/ fully stocked kitchenette with a stocked mini pantry. Netflix, Roku, and WiFi. In your mini fridge you'll find a couple of bottles of water and sometimes additional beverages as well. Has a toaster oven, espresso machine, coffee maker, single burner, and microwave oven. Great little efficiency studio, very private and sound proof. Sleeps up to 2 adults. Your own designated parking spot in front of your private entrance. Extremely convenient location close to everything! Our famous Gardens Mall is a mere 5 minute drive or nice little walk on a beautiful day! The perfect stay in a great location!

Summary: Located in a somewhat moderate to gritty neighborhood that doesn’t make you feel like you are in Palm Beach. Nothing in walking distance. Good parking and security. Haphazard collection of plates and appliances in kitchen. Includes washer/dryer. AC worked well. Good hot water in bathroom. Tiny dining table with folding chairs.
