Positive: Clean, comfortable, welcoming. Great view of Fujisan - best if you get the room with window view of Fujisan.
Negative: Nothing to dislike! But I wished we got the first room that has the view of Fujisan.

Positive: The view of Mt.Fuji was the best! The owner is very friendly and came to pick us up from the train station. Location is pretty far away from the main attractions but they have bikes for rent.

Positive: The housekeeper is a super nice person, always willing to help. Coin Laundry available in House. Very Clean
Negative: The location guesthouse is a little bit off, bigger Public Transportation stations need quite some time to reach (even though the housekeeper offers to shuttle you to the Trainstation in arrival/departure)

Positive: The host is FANTASTIC. Super friendly and picked us up and dropped us off at the station. She also rents bikes for super cheap compared to the rental shops in the area. She recommends a few places to eat and helped with luggage. She was amazing. Plus, you get a great view of Mt. Fuji from the balcony. The washer and dryer were a plus too!
Negative: The place itself is far from most attractions. 30-40 minute walks. It isn’t horrible but I would’ve explored more had it been closer to other things, the station, or a taxi stand. Also, the walls are paper thin. It was not a good night of rest the two days we were there because our neighbors were up til 2 in the morning laughing and talking and banging drawers in the kitchen.
Summary: Great views, great host, rent a bike, and get earplugs.

Positive: Everything was awesome! The place was super nice and clean. You can even see Mt. Fuji from there! The host was really helpful. She picked us up from the bus station for free, and after our stay, they brought us back to the bus station too. We loved everything!

Positive: We had a wonderful stay at this traditional Japanese hotel. Great view of Mt. Fuji from the balcony. Spacious and comfortable rooms. Nice communal kitchen and bathroom areas. Beds are a bit hard (for a side sleeper), but you might get two mattresses :) Loved the room. Wonderful and very friendly and helpful host. Location is rather off the beaten track - and we loved that. Easy walking or rent a bicycle. For arrival and departure, the wonderful host will drive you from/to train station. Contacting her via Whatsup is best - just a hint! A number of restaurants within walking distance. Loved the residential neighborhood with rice fields that Guesthouse En is located in - so beautiful.
Negative: Love everything about this place - great contrast to busy Tokyo or more touristy places around Mt. Fuji
