Positive: Very thoughtful host. Place is not far from the city center (for people who drive), yet it's quiet enough throughout the day. Tourists who drove have their own designated lot. The place was clean, and all the facilities are working fine. The toilets were great, with strong water pressure, constant flow of hot water, and clean. Place has heater, so stays during the cold season are pleasant.
Negative: Nothing. To be honest, it wasn't our first choice, but it exceeded our expectations. Thumbs up!
Summary: Give them a try if you are touring that area!

Positive: We really enjoyed the house; even for 10 people, it was very spacious. The common areas were well-sized and accommodated everyone comfortably. All rooms were air-conditioned, with bathrooms and showers on both floors, along with a well-equipped kitchen and living room. The space was prepared with towels, toothbrushes, soap, shampoo, conditioner, bedding, pots, glasses, cutlery, dishes, and everything else needed for the stay. The location is excellent, close to Fuji-Q, the famous lakes near Mount Fuji, the Aokigahara Forest, and other tourist spots. Additionally, the view of Mount Fuji was stunning. On top of everything, they provided parking for three cars. We will definitely stay here again!
Negative: The place itself is amazing and exceeded our expectations. The photos on the website, however, don’t do it justice. In the pictures, it looks smaller, more cramped, and less bright, but when you arrive, you find it’s much bigger and even better than it seems online. The hosts could consider investing in updated, higher-quality photos to better showcase how great the space truly is.

Positive: The villa was huge for our family of 6, initially, I booked for 8 people but my brother & niece were not able to make the trip. The location was within walking distance of Fuji-Q station and bus stop. There was a big supermarket and restos around the area. The owner, Mr. Waka, and his daughter, Emily were very accommodating and helped us with the heaters. They made sure we were comfortable during our 4-day stay.
Negative: The toilets do not have a bidet.
