Positive: The house is in a small village, in a very quiet area. Really one can hear the nature and enjoy the night sky. Even if the house is in the same garden as the owner's house, we were never disturbed, it felt as if we were alone. The terrace in front of the house is very nice to enjoy a coffee, summer breeze was aided by the big tree in the middle, keeping all in the shadows. The room accommodating 4 persons had very good mattresses, we slept very well. The kitchen design was rural and gave a nice touch to the place with all design accessories. Fully equipped kitchen, including even some food related items (oil, coffee, sugar, spices, vinegar etc.) Big tables able to accomodate 8-10 people. The house has 3 parking spaces (in a row). The house was close to major attractions, such as Cape Kaliakra, Balchik, Rusalka beach etc.
Negative: The room accommodating max. 3 persons had very bad mattresses (because we took the whole villa we moved in the 2nd night in that room, leaving the children to enjoy the other one - that is where we noticed the different quality in sleeping compared to the other bed). A lot of ants in the kitchen, near the sink, our bags got filled with them, not sure what we could have done, but they were annoying. Unfortunately, the kitchen, was facing the morning sun till afternoon with no shader, which made it difficult to stay in during hot hours. A nice touch would be to have more shaders or rollers to keep the sun light put and an AC machine to cool the air on hot days. The stove had only option to use one spot at a time, so one could cook only in one pot, even if the stove had 2 (small and bigger). The lightning in the rooms was very poor, unable to read my books. As a recommendation, bathroom may need an additional cabinet to put cosmetics on. For women who carry a lot, as i do, was difficult to place all the necessary items in the bathroom.
Summary: Quiet place, recommended for friends/families with kids up to 8 persons !
