Positive: - the room we had was huge - the room had a fridge and AC - staff was super friendly - they kindly let us part pay the first day only - they kindly let us extend the check out time by an hour
Negative: - the bedding (pillow & blanket) were a bit musty / smelling old - the listing mentioned free toiletries but it was lackluster, didn't expect only face soap - the listing mentioned socket near bed, there was only at one of 3 beds a socket - minimal amount of toilet paper stocked, a roll more and it would've been optimal

Positive: I rented a single queen bed with a full bath, and it was perfectly sized for me to have enough room to be comfortable without being ridiculously big. The location is only a short drive from downtown, which made it easy to get around without having to deal with constant traffic noise during the night. The bed was also very comfortable. The staff were polite and accommodating.
Negative: The facilities seemed pretty outdated; my room had chipped paint and the soap dispenser in the bathroom did not work. I also did not have a way to turn on the extractor fan for the shower. No peephole on the inside of the room's door either, and no additional interior latch or chain to secure the door besides the automatic handle lock. The balcony was also very run down and unwelcoming, more just a concrete patio with peeling paint and no furniture.
Summary: All I needed was an affordable place to rest and shower during my stay in London, and I got it.

Positive: Location was quiet and peaceful. The hotel itself was secure and I felt safe after a couple of terrible experiences with Airbnbs.
Negative: The a/c was old and did not cool the room as much as I would have liked.
