Positive: Close to town, self contained - had every we needed. Room for our car plus bikes. Nice view across the river.
Negative: A touch noisy on first day due to the amount gardening close by - hedge trimming, lawn mowing etc but minor issue.

Positive: it is very good accommodation and very close to Roxburgh town. The property was very clean and had a washing machine was good and easy to use. Everything send well maintained and worked well. The bed was comfortable.
Negative: there is traffic noise but earplugs sorted that out It seem to be most notable at night especially when it's cloudy and if you'd like the windows open when you sleep this could present a problem for ypu. II found the key box very hard to open both when I got the key and when I tried to return it - something mechanically simpler would be good. the instructions for the oven are good but almost impossible to read without 10 10 vision - could they be in a bit larger print for my next visit . a table on the veranda would be nice and I hope sometime soon they get a coffee plunger - is it not an essential piece of kiwiana kitchens

Negative: Entry to the accommodation room was not disabled friendly. I tried to get answers but was not forthcoming which meant it was too late to cancel. A ramp or a rail at the steps would have made life easier.
Summary: ok, however, keeping noise down would have been helpful, when someone is in pain they need to rest.

Positive: Very nice little unit ,which over looked the river. Had everything we needed and the host was very friendly and said we could go in 3 hours earlier than check in which was awesome.. Would definitely stay here again.🙂
