Summary: My stay in Dunedin was amazing, id come for the nz house and garden fundraiser for cancer in conjunction with the breast cancer society to look at the amazing homes and gardens within dunedin. I'd booked Eagles Nest in Sept/Oct last year and the house did not disappoint from the photos or the description.. The view was so amazing that i slept with the curtains open and enjoyed the scenic changes from day to night. The house was well equipped with everything i needed from an iron, washing machine,, lovely bathroom and kitchenware . Very accessible from central dunedin where i was during the day. Easy instructions on maps app and my queries on how to operate kitchenware etc as im an older mature person not used to different hobs etc came back promptly. Very much enjoyed my stay. Summary: The property was everything we were looking for and expecting for our stay. It was a nice, tidy place that easily accommodated our family of five, including me and my wife, two adult children, and a younger child. It was a short drive to the Octagon and all other attractions, situated on a hill with lovely views of the ocean. The communication with Rachael were clear and timely and our stay was very pleasant. The only thing I would suggest is a quick dusting of the corners and the bathroom vent.

Summary: Great weekend in this house. Fantastic ocean views from the front window. House was clean and had everything we needed. This was our second time at this house and it did not disappoint. Great if you want to be near the beach.

Summary: We stayed 3 nights at the Eagle's Nest and it was our 2nd visit. The stunning view is the first thing you notice but the house is also spacious, has a very well equipped and workable kitchen, an excellent bathroom and is in a great location. The beds are very comfortable and everything is very clean. Highly recommended.

Summary: Really comfortable place to stay. Has everything you need for a short or long stay. The weather was wet & chilly so we used the fire which was lovely! Beautiful views & easy access instructions from host. Would definitely like to stay here again!
