Negative: Bathroom is quite small, shower is above the sink, but it's still ok. It's in small village - you need a car to go to restaurants, etc, but this is known in advance - just to keep in mind

Positive: The host met us at the entrance, the apartment is located 5 minutes drive from sprava banya, the guesthouse has a beautiful garden and views of the mountains. the apartment was very clean and well equipped and had a very nice balcony for relaxing, even in rain time.

Negative: the ground floor apartment is a bit small for family, including kitchen and sleeping areas, while relying on the outside garden and balcony for dining and seating, it fitted us but maybe not everyone.
