Summary: This hotel is family friendly the rooms are cute and comfortable. It has a clean pool and the people that own it were fantastic.

Summary: Comfortable room, clean, convenient parking, large desk for working, walls are a little thin, convenient location, 5 minutes to W. Dennis Beach, 15-30 minutes to mid and lower Cape, hour to Provincetown and Falmouth

Summary: My bed was very comfortable and I slept great each night. I was on the first floor and could easily hear the pounding from above and conversation from next door but thankfully everyone was quiet during the night

Summary: Every evening, the pot smell would start wafting into our room from the lobby. It was horrible! I would not stay there again because it was making me so ill. They do room service upon request, which I requested to be done every single day. The first day they did it and it was awesome. They even took dirty towels that we had hanging. The next day they forgot to make the bed. It was very odd. The pool was nice.
