Welcome to my flat!
The living room has a sofa and a TV,
The kitchen is equipped with the essential cooking utensils and cutlery, including an electric hob, oven, microwave and coffee machine. There is also a washing machine if required during your stay.
The first bedroom is a room with a double bed and a single bed, and the second bedroom comes with a single bed. All beds come with bed linen.
The bathrooms have all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including fresh towels and toiletries for your comfort.
Note: This apartment is for temporary rental – Not available for tourism purposes.
To complete the reservation, it is essential to sign a seasonal lease agreement and provide proof of the reason for the stay. After completing the reservation, you will receive a contract to sign; without the signed contract, the reservation will be canceled without the right to a refund.

We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. If you need cleaning or extra linen, please let us know, and we will gladly provide an additional charge.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.
Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).

Summary: Before I say anything about the property, I must say that the service received from GuestReady is top notch. Communication was excellent and I felt very well taken care of. That being said, the property was very noisy. The wall insulation is pretty much non existent. I could fully hear the neighbor upstairs. His conversations at 1am, his phone vibrating, his tv, everything... you would also hear some neighbors getting in at 4am, drunk, laughing, etc… literally had to put earplugs to get some rest. There is also no natural light in the apartment, which on one hand, forces you to go out.

Summary: This would have received higher rating if they didnt make the checking such a disaster. We were arriving saturday lunchtime so had to pick up keys at a keystore which was 15min walk uphill from the apartment. When I got to the store, the storekeeper said the code failed. I then go back to the apartment in 36 degree heat and get a message to try another code. go back to the store, sweating in the heat, to try again and fails again, my family waiting out at the apartment for an hour in the heat and me walking a 30 min round trip. Calling the support number didnt answer but am getting messages on the app, so not knowing when someone is going to fix this. The support message me again eventually and say to try the original number, back at the store the number finally works The Support team should have called in this situation as their terrible application system was cleary bad.

Summary: -Only after we got on site with our luggage did we find out that we had to go somewhere else to pick up the keys. -There was one glass for drinks and giant beer mugs for drinks. - 2 half rolls of toilet paper fora 3 day stay with 3 people. Overall a good stay, For a smaller apartment it felt like there was a lot of space. Very well located.
