- One full furnished kitchen (fridge, stove, oven, blender, microwave, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, washing machine and dishwasher).
- One full bathroom.

It is a trendy neighbourhood, a lovely gem in the heart of Lisbon, that has maintained its authenticity: many well-maintained old buildings add the charming atmosphere and go together with modern ones. This is a cool and vibrant area with restaurants, shopping, entertainment, history, culture and business. There are several car parks nearby and street paid parking.
You have quick and easy access to the tourist places to visit or to the Lisbon business area. Just some meters from the subway station (yellow and red lines). 10 minutes subway ride to the cityโs historical centre. Less than 3 km from Bairro Alto nightlife and Chiado shopping.
