Positive: About 12 - 15 mins walk from Taipei main station - its a no frills hotel - there is water dispenser though it wasn't refilled too promptly. Check in was smooth. the room is small but adequate with the essential items for 1 night stay before heading to airport.

Negative: The aircon can't be adjusted - it gets really too cold and one wakes up freezing. The water dispenser ran out of water - and was not refilled

Summary: Good for 1 nite stay - a bigger room if staying for a longer period will be more comfortable

Positive: Quick one night stay here but very happy. Not sure why but for some reason we got a superior room at half the price of all other advertised rooms in the hotel, maybe because we booked last minute. Made it very good value for money at this price though (perhaps not if we'd paid full price). Room was really big and comfortable and staff were very nice. Only slight let down was cleanliness with a bit of black mould in bathroom and room generally a bit dusty and tired. Nothing major though and would happily stay again if ever back in area.
