Positive: The location was excellent, perfect for seeing around the old town and port area and very near the tram stop. The exterior of the apartment was charming and very traditional. There were plenty of little grocery shops and bakeries nearby and also a very useful, reasonably priced locker shop for storing cases in ( we had to check out by 10 am so needed somewhere safe to store our luggage until our evening flight home). This enabled us to enjoy sight seeing etc for the day without being bogged down with our cases. There are very many wonderful bars and restaurants all around the apartment so it was easy to have a great time.
Negative: One air conditioner unit didn’t work very well and we couldn’t get signal to use the TV. However we were out and about a lot and just used our phone for a little background music. No enough comfortable seats in the living area and no seats on the balcony at all.
Summary: Great location. Pleasant apartment. Comfortable beds.

Positive: Location was close to public transport and close to the beach front which made it accessible. Supermarkets very close by Comfy beds Spacious
Negative: The showers were very bad, you couldn’t use both of them at the same time due to no water pressure and inconsistent temperature. Not enough towels No seats for the balcony No lift - hard to take luggage up and down the stairs (not disable friendly) 20 minute walk from key pick up
Summary: Enjoyable stay but apartment needs some updating (plumbing!!)

Positive: The apartment is spacious, location is great. But the apartment is quite dirty, and very used. All the kitchen appliances are greasy, many plates were just dirty in the cupboard and in the dishwasher. Chairs in the kitchen are not as advertised in booking.com. Photo of chairs is attached, these chairs are very uncomfortable and it is impossible to sit on them for more than 30mins, so it is impossible to have a cozy dinner with your group. There is no enough seats in the couch area as well. The table on the balcony was just lying on the floor, host did nothing about it. (Photo attached) Overall experience living in this apartment is not great, not suitable for more than few days.

Positive: Very good location. Apartment is in a quiet neighbourhood. The hosts are very nice and helpful, but keep in mind if you arrive after hours you have to pick up keys at another location.
Negative: The showers were horrible and no shower curtain in other shower. In one shower where the master bedroom is in there is no water pressure and in the other bathroom the shower switches between very hot water and cold. The beds (apart from master bedroom) are very uncomfortble. It was also not so clean when we arrived.

Negative: The keys must be picked up from a different location which is about 15 minutes away by car... It's such an inconvenience and additional cost especially when you've come from a long trip. We arrived without knowing this.. I missed the memo and was waiting outside the apartment for an hour with my kids.

Positive: Great location. Spacious room. Staff was enthusiastic and provided certain useful travel tips.
Negative: The volume and temperature of water was unstable in the bathroom. No shelf or water shield in the bathroom. So you can imagine that there was no place to put the towel or clothes, and that the floor always became wet after shower. Limited tissue paper and trash bag. Since this unit was on second floor, it may be sort of difficult for elderly people.
Summary: Great location and staff. Unsatisfied bathrooms.
