Summary: The apartment is lovely. We had a fabulous 2 week stay at Chris's apartment overlooking the port. The location was perfect for walking to Old Town, Castle Hill and the Promenade. Easy to use the tram and bus system. The apartment was clean, bright and furnished nicely. Chris was great to communicate with.

Summary: Fantastic apartment, as described in a stunning location with probably the best views of nice harbour you will find. Great size, kids loved it, has a lift which is great. Fabulous find, great family apartment. One gripe was a neighbour who seemed to sleep all day and complained because we were noisy. Bear in mind it was mid afternoon, the kids were watching tv and we were having a wine on the balcony....i can promise you, the kids were not noisy at all. Sadly left a sour note with us as we always try to respect neighbours. Him smoking his special cigs on his balcony was far more disrespectful! But honestly, we would still come again, it's a wonderful apartment. Thank you! And we were let in early for a small fee which helped loads with all our cases!

Summary: This was our second time staying in Chris's penthouse and it was as lovely as ever (if a bit cooler than when we visited in September 2021). The apartment is comfortable, the views from the balcony delightful. Location is convenient, with the tram just below. Lots of good restaurants in walking distance.

Summary: Our stay in this condo was fantastic. We had great weather for late October with temps in mid 70s and lots of sun. The condo had a perfect location to great restaurants,airport and the beach. You can’t go wrong by staying here.

Summary: Really gorgeous, well-appointed, and perfectly located property. The home was spacious, the beds were comfy, and the views were stunning. The location could not be better and we were so happy to have chosen this wonderful spot. The next time.we are in Nice we will definitely book again!

Summary: We were given explicit instructions which we followed. On our arrival in France,I informed the agent of the number for the French simcard and that our other phone would not be turned on.. During our 5 hour train trip from Paris the agent kept sending messages to the turned off phone. We finally met up at the property at the arranged time. There are stairs to the lift then from the lift to the apartment. The agent was impatient with us and the time it took us to get into the apartment. The lift is very small and takes 3 people wihout luggage. We are elderly and were slow on the stairs with the luggage. We were 2 couples and a single person, between 75 and 82 years old. The twin bedrooms are small for 2 beds for adults. The couple in the twin room with en suite didn't use the shower as it was unsatisfactory. We didn't cook but found the dishwasher and washing machine workrd well. We followed the instructions for the TV but the only English language TV channels we could manage were news channels. The tram is convenient but there are buses too. Unfortunately, there were no maps or instructions on where to find the Tourist Office. The purpose of the weekwas to meet up with old friends and the apartment provided us with a comfortable place to sit and reminence.

Summary: The apartment is in a great location with the nearby tram link and short walk into Nice. Beautiful views from the apartment - and great for enjoying evening sun set. Our flight was 2 hours delayed but the agent Laure was there to meet us in the late evening. We had a lovely time and hope to return but getting an earlier flight to avoid the stress of late arrival.
