Property is totally renovated. New kitchens, baths, furnishings and freshly painted inside and out. Location is within walking distance to the most popular restaurants. Public trolley stop is located in front of property making it easy to visit Clearwater Beach to St. Petersburg without the hassle of driving and parking. Indian Rocks Beach is such a tranquil beach community. As soon as you arrive you can't help but feel all your stresses drift away. The water, the sun, long walks in the white sand and end your day watching the beautiful sunset.

Summary: We loved our little cottage. Everything we needed was there (except a dish rack),this included really nice beach chairs, umbrellas, etc. It was only steps to a really nice beach and a huge plus was my friend teaches yoga right there on the beach. There are plenty of good restaurants within walking distance as well. The only thing I was disappointed with is you could not open the windows. It was not real hot and I would have preferred that over A/C. Really just a personal preference. Would definitely consider staying here again!

Summary: Property manager promptly addressed issues we found during our stay (burnout bulb and broken hot water heater). Location was convenient. Free parking, (though spots were a little short for a minivan or large SUV). Bed was comfortable. We didnt use the beach stuff, (weather in 50s), but chairs, wagon, towels were available. Good for a couple; seemed like it would be hard to move around if we had had to use the sofa bed.

Summary: This comfy cozy beach house was just what I needed to decompress from life's challenges. I was very impressed from booking to check out. The communication is clear and thorough. The place is so comfortable and clean. It is so close to the water you can hear the waves from the front porch. It was truly a peaceful getaway. I definitely want to return.

Summary: This place was perfect to have an engagement weekend near an amazing beach. The perfect environment to pop the question. The host was very accommodating for additional hours on the day we were supposed to leave. Excellent communication. This place is so worth it!
