Positive: We absolutely loved the small feel of this location. We did buy our own can opener and left it. Probably need to update appliances as the economy is bad and people are eating at their locations more. But we had a great time.
Negative: They need to clean a little better. But we cleaned and it was fine after.

Negative: Ants in the kitchen, floor was not dirty looking, mouse droppings in the pull out bed/sofa, I bought Raud n cleaned the kitchen thoroughly n then it was good. We avoided the couch

Positive: I liked the pool, and how close it was to the beach. Everything seemed to be pretty sound proof too.
Negative: The room was filthy. I spent a good minute when we first got there cleaning. Definitely not like the pictures. The white rug you see? It’s dark grey now. Also, almost everything you touch is broken. I understand that happens but I feel like their should be a warning. Garbage disposal, broken. Dryer, broken. The pull out for the trash drawer? Broken. It definitely needs some updating.
Summary: It desperately needs a deep clean, but it’s not a terrible place.

Positive: The king size bed was super comfortable.
Negative: The 1st day we got there we reported damages that we seen immediately. But during the week we noticed other things. Alot of the knows on the dressers weren't secure. The dryer squeaks super loud when drying clothes. The bathroom near the living room would fill up and had a very slow drain. Couldn't find switch to light in kitchen above table. But overall would stay again with minor updates..
Summary: We enjoyed our stay just wanted to inform about the things that were messed up that we noticed

Positive: We loved the location because we were close to the attractions however far enough away to where the beach was secluded and not over crowded. You could even watch dolphins swimming in the early morning from the balcony.
Negative: Only issue we really had was that the condo hadn't been dusted in what looked like a couple weeks because once turned the fan on the whole ceiling above was covered in the fan dust. However other than that the place was exceptionally clean and wonderful.
