Pelican Walk 506 - Beautifully remodeled, Pet Friendly 2 Bedroom- 2 Bath BEACH FRONT 1450 sq. ft. condo at Pelican Walk, with amazing BEACH and OCEAN views! Free Beach Chair & Umbrella service included seasonally March through October! Small Pets 20lbs or under are welcome! Pet fee is $150 per pet with a 2 pet maximum per condo.
Pelican Walk 506 is located on the 5th floor and has everything you would need for a great BEACH vacation! Enjoy the spacious open floor plan with floor to ceiling windows in the dining and living areas that walk out to the Gulf front balcony. The view is STUNNING! Plenty of seating in the living area
with two recliners, a leather sleeper sofa and love seat. The primary bedroom has a very comfortable KING size bed and the guest bedroom has two (2) FULL size beds. Both bedrooms have adjoining full size bathroom! There is also a full size washer/dryer in the condo and Smart TV's in living area and both bedrooms. The Kitchen is well equipped with a wine fridge, Keurig coffee maker, dishes, cookware, and many "gadgets". The Gulf front balcony has an outdoor table and chairs for guests to enjoy while looking at the fantastic view!

The BIG ISSUE was that only one of the elevators was working, so the entire building had to use the one. Long lines often to get an elevator up to your floor. Was told the second elevator would be "out for months!" Be aware!

Wish condo had smart TV as viewing was limited. Staff was helpful and attentive to guest needs. Grounds were shaping up for spring. We saw plenty of staff working on property upkeep. Love love love being on the beach. Love chatting w/all the snow birds. Good vacation. Prices going up next year, hope we dont have to make a change.
